(Suggestion) Add minimum ilevel for roulettes based on your level

Those doing roulettes don't even care about challenge to be afraid of it in the first place. It's always reward/time. Simple as that. Level 50 alliance raids can be done in 7-12min and gives the same reward as higher level raids and less chances of wipes. Same reason why people prefer Praetorium and drop out of Castrum, even though it's shorter in time compared to Praetorium. But the EXP gain/time for Praetorium is much higher than Castrum.
