(Suggestion) Add minimum ilevel for roulettes based on your level

I really do like it and I don't cheese ilevel and if I did I sure wouldn't be silly enough to admit it here. I have lots of alts I run with alliance for 50 tomes to help cap them weekly and a couple for experience and Alliance Roulettes is a staple of what I do to achieve that goal.

So then this thread isn't about you. Enjoy LotA. No one is stopping you. This is specifically about people who lower their ilevel to get into lower level and easier raids.
