    Accidentally Cancelled Account

    My Boyfriend accidentally cancelled his whole SE account and tried to Call Service to overturn it but they won't be in office till tomorrow.
    How can we handle this? He can't log in his account at all anymore! All he wanted to do was cancel the Auto payment.

    Good morning and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Forums,

    Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. In order get the proper support, your boyfriend will need to contact the North American Support Center as he is the account holder. They will be able to assist with reinstating the account.
