Unable to download patch files (Again)

Yep, here we go again, 20.61mb into the 23.34mb hotfix and same issue.

I'm going to dread every single new content drop from now on, assuming I continue to play at all.

If this is a "routing issue", Square, how come I can download 20mb of the file? Does the routing suddenly change halfway through a single file download?

This is your problem, not our ISP's and not ours.
This is not good enough.

EDIT: This time, thankfully, changing my DNS to Google's servers worked. But if we're going to keep having to try different fixes every time and randomly trust to luck, if every patch in the absence of useful support we're going to have Australians and Southeast Asians sharing how they had to ritually purify their router with mistletoe and Druidic moon runes at midnight on the summer solstice just to get the damn patch to work, I have to seriously reconsider subscribing to this product.
