It's weird how quickly people blame tanks for anything that goes wrong. Obviously no one here knows what happened to the OP, except the OP, yet most people here seem to insist it's the tank's fault every time.

Dear Tank and DPS, can we all pick one tank so that I don't have to run back and forth to keep everyone alive?
I hate that part because everyone stands out of aoe healing range, and out of the range for single target heals. I don't know what you want me to do?!

As a healer main it's frankly maddening how often my tank runs off to one tank and the entire rest of my group just mobs whichever tank is the 'main target' leaving me to excog and aetherpact the tank and then do my best to keep them up while they inevitably get nailed by all the aoes, then go back to spamming my tank who is half the world away... before the mob shifts their way. Rarely does it play in my favour. And it's exhausting. Or sometimes the raid group fractures and splits up and I get to play 'where is everyone? Guess someone is gonna be unlucky toniiiiiight' and hope my cohealer has gottem because if you're outside my aoe-heal range at that point? 'then perish' comes into play. I am just not going to chase you down to heal you. There comes a point where it is just not my problem.
I will keep the tank up and try to keep the rest of the group, but we CAN all use our eyes and notice what is going on at this point. Once those tank-mobs come down, target your party tank and go to the one they do. Meh. If you don't... kinda your problem at that point. My aoe-heal range is what it is. Hope the co-healer has got'cha, mate.

"Healers, please look after your tank while they tank the tank."
The joys of language.

In my experience my whole alliance is split all over the map which makes aoe healing not as effective while trying to heal and dps at the same time during that one phase. I usually try to stay in the middle of the map, though I've had some instances where the tank has aimed the tank at me and got me nearly killed with it.
This isn't a tanking problem, or a healing problem - this is a stupidity issue within the raid. All it takes is the raid to work together for a change rather than against the mechanics. You can literally join near the center boss and attack either both tanks from behind each of them as a raid while the goliaths are faced away and AoE heal just fine. If one of your tanks is pointing the goliaths to the center of the platform, they should be slapped on the face and told to wake up.In my experience my whole alliance is split all over the map which makes aoe healing not as effective while trying to heal and dps at the same time during that one phase. I wouldn't go as far as assuming everyone is what you say they are in the raid. Maybe a suggestion but hostility gets you nowhere. This isn't a tanking problem, or a healing problem - this is a stupidity issue within the raid. It's not hostility - it's a fact of functionality within a group of people working towards a common goal. Team-building exercises are no different. You work together to accomplish a common goal with little to no exertion of effort. This makes it easier for those with different roles within the group.
If you have a group of people making it difficult for a core necessity part of the group to accomplish the goal, they are offered the choice to make it more simple for the entire group rather than themselves, which is most of the time the problem that is within the group. Selfishness, not selflessness.

Team building exercises do not include degrading other people in your team.
