healers and dps have it much worse because everyone is hitting a different tank and healers have to use single target spells to keep dps alive.

When dpsing that fight I determine which Goliath I hit by answering one simple question. Where is my healer so I can sit right next to them?

I have healed nier raid as AST more than 10 times and seen few scenarios play out. Its mainly the issue of lack of communication on which tank gets which.

70% of my pt members are all in south while party tank gets suddenly the north one. Its really hard to keep everyone alive when they are all over the map but even so I always try to run to the other side if tank drops under 50%, I have never let my tank die there.

Sometimes my co-healer is very slow at healing everyone that I need to run up and down to keep people alive otherwise all dps die or tank.

Except from experience from every run all parties run and attack one goliath tank while a tank is left alone bar maybe 2 dps with them that end up getting agro when the tank dies.
I've yet to see a run where there have been seperate parties for each goliath.

All runs I have done never seen this happen. I see parties staying together as a group. Most time I see them using markers for them.

It's weird how quickly people blame tanks for anything that goes wrong. Obviously no one here knows what happened to the OP, except the OP, yet most people here seem to insist it's the tank's fault every time.

Dear Tank and DPS, can we all pick one tank so that I don't have to run back and forth to keep everyone alive?

I hate that part because everyone stands out of aoe healing range, and out of the range for single target heals. I don't know what you want me to do?!

no healer in his right mind wouldn't heal his own party tank cause he isn't main tank,seriously if such a healer exist it would be humiliating as someone playing a healer to know such stupidity exists.

Not to mention, as soon as your tank has the boss's threat, that tank is now MT. If he's tanking, then he is the MT

As a healer main it's frankly maddening how often my tank runs off to one tank and the entire rest of my group just mobs whichever tank is the 'main target' leaving me to excog and aetherpact the tank and then do my best to keep them up while they inevitably get nailed by all the aoes, then go back to spamming my tank who is half the world away... before the mob shifts their way. Rarely does it play in my favour. And it's exhausting. Or sometimes the raid group fractures and splits up and I get to play 'where is everyone? Guess someone is gonna be unlucky toniiiiiight' and hope my cohealer has gottem because if you're outside my aoe-heal range at that point? 'then perish' comes into play. I am just not going to chase you down to heal you. There comes a point where it is just not my problem.

I will keep the tank up and try to keep the rest of the group, but we CAN all use our eyes and notice what is going on at this point. Once those tank-mobs come down, target your party tank and go to the one they do. Meh. If you don't... kinda your problem at that point. My aoe-heal range is what it is. Hope the co-healer has got'cha, mate.

I doubt it. A friend of mine died in E1S because they healer couldn't be bothered to heal her for Gravitational. Her response when said friend said something in chat? "Not like tank damage matters anyway."

If that were me, I'd either refuse the raise and let that healer see how much the second tank matters in Savage or wipe the party myself. Alas, some people are just jerks.
