Desythesis questions

Thank you all for your quick reply! I was clearly looking in the wrong area. It does make me wonder how this change will effect the market board though. The main way I make money is using desythesis so I hope it doesn't bring prices down too much.

I dont think that you really need to worry about that - leveling up desynthesis is still a time and/or money consuming process and even if everyone can take everything apart now, you're chances at getting rare items from breaking stuff increase with your desynth-level. Someone with low level desynth wont have as good as a chance to get the rare stuff. For the normale items prices shouldnt drop to much either, I reckon - for once a lot of people still wont make use of desynth aswell as fabric, leather, metal etc. always being in demand. So I really wouldnt worry to much here!
The only thing that could possible take a hit are demimaterias, I guess.
