White Scrips?

Heya! I've advanced my crafters to 80 even though my main is just into Shadowbringers. I'm able to turn in for white scrips, but after reaching The Crystarium I can't for the life of me find out how to enable the ability to trade the white scrips for materials, gear etc.

Can't seem to find any info online, so I'll ask the community Thanks!

You can turn them in at a certain City you're not at yet, you can use em in all the old haunts too, although maybe thats MSQ locked too?

Yeah, thats what I'm thinking I've read about Eulmore, but that seems like end-game... is that right?

Outside of Eulmore, the Scrip Exchange NPC is available in all major hubs.
Gridania = Leatherworker's Guild (just outside the building with MB)
Limsa = West Hawker's Alley
Ul'dah = Sapphire Avenue Exchange
Mor Dhona = Near poetic exchange.
Idyllshire = The stalls area.
Rhalgr's Reach = Near the summoning bell.
Crystarium = The Crystalline Mean

Select the NPC, and go the most bottom option "White Scrip Exchange".

There's a side quest early on in ShB (it becomes available during lv 70 MSQ progress) which unlocks the white scrip exchange.

I don't think you can spend white scrips until you finish the 5.0 MSQ, even in the other cities.

You can spend white scrips after you meet the owner of the exchange very early on in ShB story, no completing 5.0 required.

I remember needing to get my mules pretty far in the MSQ to have access to white scrip sales, even though I was receiving them from custom deliveries. It was at least level 79 before I was able to buy anything, when the Eulmore aetheryte is unlocked.

I currently have 5 alts who are on level 70 MSQ and bought Sublime Solutions from the White Scrip shop last week. You absolutely do not have to complete the 5.0 story for it. I deliberately progressed just enough MSQ to be able to access the shop on them.

I got it after I completed City of Final pleasures. After completing that - you can unlock the ability to exchange white scrips by talking to a NPC in the Crystarium.
