    The Crash just occurred again... this time in the Crystarium Markets and I c an't log back in... This is so frustrating...

    Thank you for the update Terrini.

    Is the nature of the crash the same? It's only that character you are having trouble with because they entered the Markets?

    Have you attempted to reinstall the game again? When you did this the first time, did you remove the locally-saved data folder (located My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV)?

    If this doesn't change anything, you can try disabling any overlays you may have open while playing and doing a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.
