What is happening this expansion with healers is nothing compared to the tank shortage since the game inception.
However, at this rate you might see healer achievement popping up in a few month indeed.

I doubt that. Tanks still get plenty of chances at being adventurer in need, and even DPS gets a few of those as well.

In leveling roulette at least, i see Adventurer in Need (Healer) more often than the Adventurer in Need (Tank). I remember one hilarious Adventurer in Need (DPS) early in the morning, tho.

Tanks were the rarest mained role, yes but with the streamlining and easing of the overall game difficulty we have seen a massive increase in Tankplayers (even if its not for the better) at least on EU Servers.
When i look up some Savageparties or Hades Extremegroups its actually mostly DPS and healers missing atm.

The only reason Tanks are still mainly AIN and get these rewards is because even after the pruning Tanking is the only job that requires at least a mild train of thought. Even then it's just guiding people down and picking up the mobs but it's still something.

I do think that Healers should be getting more for what they do especially since they're becoming a minority in content especially on the PVP end.
