    Is their issue with Materia?

    I just went through 160 Craftsman Command LV VII for a 4th meld on ONE TOOL. None took whatsoever. That's days and hrs of gathering down the toilet. Did SE fubbard the script for melding? For the 7% on slotting a 4th materia may as well be 0% chance.
