Hi people of Famfrit!

I've returned to FFXIV after a bit of a break, and now I'm not only looking to stay for longer than last time, but I'm also looking for a nice FC to keep me company on my adventures.
I'm going to include a bit of information about me here, what I'm looking for ect..

I'm 22 years old and live in Germany, but play on the NA servers for several personal reasons. Time difference isn't that much of a problem for me due to my wrecked sleep pattern. I'm fluent in both German and English, although my English isn't perfect (so excuse me if I make mistakes, but feel free to correct me!).
I'm diagnosed with a few mental disorders that turn my life into hell (if you have more questions about that feel free to contact me), and I'm absolutely not a fan of voice chats. I'm also very quiet and somewhat shy at the beginning, but that changes pretty fast.

What I'm looking for (and the main reason I'm including a introduction) is a LGBT+ friendly guild. I'm transgender (he/him) and gay, which caused a lot of problems in other FCs and games. I'm looking for a safe space where I don't have to hide anything in fear of being judged and/or harassed.
What I'm not looking for is a hardcore FC, as I'm a rather casual player. Having hundreds of members is also a no go for me because I'm easily overwhelmed by this kind of stuff.
I'd be interested in raids, dungeons, generally anything but PVP. My main DPS is the bard, I'm currently leveling my astrologian. My goal is to slowly level all classes though, so I'm flexible.
I first started playing (on a different account) at the middle/end of Heavensward, so I have a bit of experience, but I probably have to catch up on some stuff that's new.
