The community isn't a hive mind... Yeah, I wish I could second that statement, but unfortunately it can't be more farther than the truth. This whole thread with its riddiculous turns should be proof enough.

In any case, I've read through all of these posts and agree with Yakoo's decision. If the people in question really acted like dirtbags towards the FC leader and/or other FC members, a kick is justified, period. Warning or no. (Warning is actually a courtesy!) If the kicked ones actually came back to the FC just to harass them further (which is just... childish behavior), then yeah, I'd say: Good riddance, for real.

I also agree with the latest comments by CazzT and MrKusakabe. For what I may have interpreted it, OP just wanted to share their side of story and maybe hoped for similar cases to be posted. Of course, opinions of other people are great to compare one's own standing towards this issue.
But instead the topic changed from bad FC leadership to real-life comparisons to forcing oppinion onto each other, cornering the OP into a defensive stance ( which is totally comprehensible behavior). It even took a somewhat comedic level towards the end of the thread....

Someone starts twisting the message, others ride along or twist it even further. Exactly the reason why I think that the community is in fact a hive mind (all communities are). If it wasn't, things wouldn't have derailed to what this thread is now.
