How to re-open duty popup during cutscene?

So imagine a scenario. I register for a duty queue. While I wait, I do some questing.

Then, while I'm in a dialogue with an NPC or during a cutscene, the duty is found and I get the invitation pop-up.

Problem: By default the focus shifts to the pop-up window and the option selected is "Wait". So when I'm reading a cutscene and pressing square all the time to advance the dialogue, I accidentally hide the pop-up because I press "Wait" on it by accident.

Question - how to bring it back? I don't want to skip the cutscene, because I want to know the story. But the interface is hidden, so I can't just bring the invitation window back and go do my duty.

The result: the entire queue waits for me for 40 seconds while I try to rapidly read the cutscene, then the invitation is withdrawn due to timeout.
This is ANNOYING and it happened more than once.

I want to know if there is a way to bring back the minimized invitation window during cutscene WITHOUT skipping the cutscene?

No, and you can’t hit Commence while you’re in the cutscene either. I usually just skip the cutscene and watch it later at an inn so I don’t have to wait for the duty again.

You are incorrect. Of over 20 times that I got duty invite during dialogue/cutscene it was only twice that I was unable to commence. All other times, you are summoned into the dungeon and later find yourself standing in front of the NPC that initiates the dialogue/cutscene.

This works for 90% of dialogues, cutscenes and even cinematic-type cutscenes that involve custom animations and such.

Of the two times I WASN'T allowed to commence - both times make absolutely no sense. They were the simplest of dialogues, where the camera doesn't even move.

TLDR: 90% of cutscenes allow you to commence into a duty.
