Check out the Gold Saucer and you'll find a very similar dress - the Riviera dress, worn by NPCs in Limsa. There are also NPC outfits from Ul'dah and Gridania available, even though not this specific one... but you can get a very plain dress at least! I dont know what your excat RP purpose is but if its that you wanna pass as a simple citizen the Gold Saucer stuff should serve you well.

There is also the Thavnairian Wool Autumn Dress as another close match, which is crafted.

But that actual outfit isn't in the game yet sadly. I want it though!

Sad if that happens, i just see this as a request for an outfit already in game to be given to players which really nothing wrong with that, full support more options the better (now to have the obligatory CC creator people :P i kid)

I want more peaseant esq clothing tbh. Fancy dresses and shirts are nice and all. But some of us like the rough adventure look more.

Oh yes. In fact, and outfit worn by female NPCs in Ishgard quickly comes to mind. There is also that one NPC in Eulmore that gets escorted to her table, then she quickly gets bored and leaves.

You can buy the Ishgardian dress from the Gold Saucer! And the Eulmoran lady (unless you're talking about a different one) is just wearing the Spring Dress and Songbird accessories with some variety of Shisui skirt, probably the fending one.

I definitely want the Gridania peasant dress though. I wonder if it was supposed to be a counterpart to the Glade tunic that was given to us as unisex.

OMG you're kidding? I never even knew that. I never seen anyone else wear it otherwise I would have been all over teh interwebz xD. Time to go spend some MGP.

I guess I didn't think the Eulmoran lady could have been wearing a combination of different items, and perhaps that's why I was thrown off. Could also be her fanning emote, which I need in my life. And I know you're about to bring up the one we can obtain, but it is sans fan, and we can't walk while doing it T_T
