Where are "Skybuilder" recipes?

Yeah, I'm dumb. Haven't had a chance to look into the new restoration thing until now, but even though I've unlocked it with a quest, I can only find "Skybuilder" by searching for that word in the crafting log. I don't see it just sitting there anywhere else.

Take pity on me and point out whatever painfully obvious thing I'm missing.

OK, so, apparently outside of the quest you need to find the Collectable Appraiser on your own (Potkin) at roughly 12.2 x 14.6 in The Firmament.

It will update both your crafting and gathering logs.

Hopefully if anyone else gets confused this will help

Honestly the game should have some sort of little "Skybuilders recipes have been added to your crafting log" message with that little "log updated" thump sound effect when you unlock them. As is, the game doesn't really give you any clear indication the recipes have been added as you're going through the initial Ishgardian Restoration quests. People not already knowing to look for them would never know something has changed in their crafting log just by going through the quests.
