Nier Raid Loading screen problem

So since the 5.11 Patch im pretty much unable to complete the nier raid. After the minitank boss and before the Engels fight when i change zone im trapped in a extremely long loading screen. Only way to get out of it is to brute quit the game, but after logging in back im past the loading screen but the game just crashes when i try to enter the fight zone. Repeated this for another 2 times and same thing... this only happens at this specific point so i dont know what to do Any help is appreciated!

When the crash occurs, is there an error message? If so, could you provide it in your next reply? What have you tried so far to alleviate the issue? Additionally does this happen anywhere else in game?

Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
