Cannot add steam Shadowbringers to Mogstation

I have the Steam version of FFXIV with the Heavensward expansion. I recently purchased the Shadowbringers expansion through Steam. Shadowbringers and Stormblood both show in my steam account but not on Mog Station. When I try to add my registration code for Shadowbringers to my account through Mog Station I receive error code i2501. I submitted a ticket recently but no reply yet. Ticket number was 12046446

Does Steam let you login to FFXIV with the expansions?
Not sure if it's similar to PS4, where you have to log in after it shows on the client end (PS4) to apply to MogStation?

When I login I still only have access up to Heavensward content but cant go past to Stormblood or Shadowbringers despite showing the DLC on my account in Steam. Only shows up to Heavensward on Mog Station and will not let me add the Shadowbringer's expansion code.

They worked through my ticket so when I added the key just now it worked and went through with no issue. Hooray for quick support staff
