DX 11 Crashing Issue

So I recently did s aChkdsk repair to my C drive and it fixed my crashing issues with Direct X for awhile but now they've bee ocming back in full force with me doing nothing significant in game.

This issue has been happening since 5.1 came out on 10/28. I've played the game proper since Stormblood came out back in 2017 and have never experienced an issue like this until 5.1 launched.

I've checked my driver's to make sure it's not a driver issue but all of mine are completely updated. I've also done a system update check and that is also good.

Is there any way for you to determine what exactly those error codes mean? Me and many other people have been having similar errors since the patch launched and would like some clarity if at all possible.

Could you try doing a clean boot? Open the task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.
