Eternity Ring Missing!!

Trying to get married to my wife again on her new character, we purchased the platinum package a while back, but have just not gotten around to getting the ceremony booked. Now trying to book the ceremony, it says I am still bonded to another, which is her previous character on our old server. The NPCs at the church are saying I need to relinquish my Eternity Ring and I don't have it anymore somehow. I have read posts on Reddit and forums from others that this happened to, so now I am reporting this here. I did an item search and no results and I manually checked retainers inventory and equipped items just to be sure. Also checked glamour dresser and everything, and no luck! PLEASE HELP!

Are you sure you dont have it anymore?
Try

"/isearch Eternity" And then item search on the Eternity Ring.

Maybe you have displaced it at the glamour dresser or a retainer. If so, take it and burn it in east shroud, where you also accept the wedding quest.

So I definitely don't have it anywhere, as I said before, I already did the item search and everything, but I was able to group with my wife's new character and both of us equipped our bracelets and completed the quest line for the ceremony. So even though the ring is missing and the NPC said the ring needs to be given to the acolyte for the annulment, if it is missing, you can just redo the quest line with your new partner by equipping the bracelets!
