I mean, you can create 1 riddle that change everytime randomly (with numbers, letters, etc.) or buttons/pillars to push syncronizing 2 or 3 people and so on (you don't need a guide here). And in this way you can create different ones.

No such thing as randomly, eventually there will be a "cap" or a standard guide to follow. I'm not a fan of riddles in MMORPGs. (obviously)
More so in for multiple wings, different "farm" paths, salvage style-ish. With mobs that are resistant to certain dmg depending on the floor (Sea style) mid level bosses randomly pop off of "farm" mobs.
No random traps that can just GG your run though, that's just frustrating. If they put traps, they have to be in a set position, no one wants a flawless run ruined by a bad luck trap.
Final boss with low drop rate, none of this 100% crap.
We have two completely different views of how we would like to see this game go, lol. I am more for a higher drop rate higher chance of actually getting rewarded for beating a boss instead of killing it 40 times and not seeing a damn thing. Took me damn near 100 kills of Ifrit to get the one item I wanted. That shouldn't be viable, totems/tokens were a great idea but they screwed up and made the drop rate on those nearly as bad as the weapons. There is many ways to go about loot and item drops and I agree that the big items like Darklight armor shouldn't be easy to get but then again you spend hours upon hours everynight killing the same crap over and over and simply because of bad luck nothing drops for you or anyone in your group. For me personally the content becomes stale super quick when you aren't seeing anyone you play with getting gear though you blowing through the content time after time.
