    If you have not done so already, could you try doing a cleanboot? Open the task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

    I've done this already. Disabled all start-up items and rebooted, ran the game without running anything else. The cutscene crash persists under DX11.
