Error 11023

Im having the same issue too. I also had to system restore about three days ago. But every other game and their patcher works fine..

EDIT:

I played FFXIV after I did system restore, before the servers went down.

So similar to my deal. I system restored, and could play up until the servers(presumably, I didn't open it when I got home, so I can't say for 100% sure) went down. After they went down, this has been happening.
