I think the loot timer could be shortened a bit. I’ve had a few scenarios of Copied Factory where a member of an alliance needed to be dismissed (usually because they were AFK, but also sometimes because of attitude), but they refuse to roll on stuff, so the only instance where it’s possible to dismiss them is after the Tank/Flyer adds and before Engles. They clearly knew what they were doing, because the loot would be rolled on the second we entered combat and they were deemed “safe”.

What does this have to do with anything? You can roll between pulls in dungeons and between bosses in 24-mans with very little issue.
