Loot roll timer have to be adjusted

First instance: Oh no! Someone got carried through content you VASTLY overgear. You're literally twice the min ilvl meaning you can do it with half the people. Also, if you notice it's an issue request your group not loot the next box and kick him/her.

On the Edit: Plenty of times people do this. You can do a few things. Auto Translate [Please roll for loot] that generally does the trick, or you alt tab for 3-5 minutes. Not a big deal.

Do you not understand that people are specifically not rolling in order to avoid being kicked? If there's loot to be rolled on, a vote kick cannot be initiated. So as long as the offending party never rolls, the rest of the party/alliance is forced to put up with them. Asking them to roll won't change that.
