Loot roll timer have to be adjusted

"Honestly, who cares?" I do, as this stuff happens in so much gods damned content.
Pug ex farm party and an expensive item drops? Someone makes you wait the full time by not rolling.
Recent raid and you want the gear/glamour/minion? Another dude decides to not roll.
Dungeons in general? You bet people aren't gonna roll either, and when I am leveling and gearing, I would like to actually use that new gear in the dungeon to make things faster. Gods damned map parties?
Lol, a shell leather/enchanted lumber dropped on the last room, looks like random that joined through PF to fill it enough to do the map, who didn't bring their own, is gonna make us all wait for that too!
I've gotten salty and petty enough to blacklist anyone I find doing this.
