It's our duty to remove them so we can get someone in their place who will contribute like everybody else. It has nothing to do with punishment.

Ofc, if the situation is clear but the system can be abused by just kicking people as you please or for reasons that are not even against the rules. Some players kick tanks which pull just one group at once and then it's a form of punishment, you kick someone for being not like you want them to be. The question is if we players have the competence to make such decisions because how we feel is often highly subjective while SE gamemasters going after the rules.
Players once threatened me because i asked them to please roll on stuff so i don't get the same stuff at the end of the dungeon. Gladly, and back to the topic, i was protected by the loot timer.
I stay with my point tbh, players are subjective and often angry and can't think rational which leads to hilarious situations. The game needs more live support/ingame support and faster response. But that costs money, that's why we can handle it by ourself and people getting kicked over hilarious reasons. So a faster report system and a gamemaster who deals with the situation asap would be way better than letting players handle all that stuff, because he is neutral and goes after the rules and not after subjective opinions.
If they do not change the timer I wish they would add an auto pass feature, since I honestly just forget / cannot even be bothered to roll on gear in dungeons or raids.
