in my server a lots of dps who hasnt cleared yet is giving up e8s until they can get the IL 500 weapon, because to many healer blame the dps for everything... its kinda rare though seeing red spot is not filling fast...

The healers are most frequently the ones not pulling their weight when it comes to dealing damage in savage from what I've encountered (I've seriously encountered zero DPS healers in E8S before).
Unfortunately, people tend to be a lot more lenient when comes to them and the tanks screwing up or performing badly compared to DPS simply on the basis that they're harder to come by.

Just anecdotal of course, but so far almost every party I joined in PF, wether going for kill or farm, had that one dps that barely out-dpsed the tanks.
Unfortunately almost every party I joined also seriously lacked in the healer dps department either because they healed inefficiently and thus often lacked time to dps or because they were part of the "I'm a healer, I want to heal" crowd and only dpsed on rare occasions.
But since you wait for healers far longer than for dps, it's overlooked and if you have stellar dps and can carry the healers you do it. Better than no clear at all for lack of healers, right?

I just wish world first clears would consistently take longer than 24 hours - ideally more than 48 hours.
I know, savage WF clears became faster because people became better and because we got QoL changes like CD reset after a wipe, but it's also because raids became easier.
From a mechanics standpoint:
- E1S is the second-easiest savage fight with only o1s being easier
- E2S is the easiest 2nd savage raid part ever released
- E3S is the easiest 3rd savage raid part ever relessed
- E4S is even easier than O3S, O7S and O11S
- E5S is about as hard as O9S, which is okay
- E6S is slightly easier than O2S, but feels unbearably long
Can't talk about the rest, since my midcore static hasn't had much progress time bc 2 of us had surgeries recently.
I wish we consistently had Creator/Sigmascape difficulty.
8s is pretty tough, Light Rampant is irritating me though given how delicate the mechanic is, one mistake completely wipes the group.
