True, but do you think enough people are going to farm it for materia to make a significant difference? Right now there is a large participation rate because of the novelty of new content and the new exclusive rewards, once both those wear off it'll be three groups I imagine; People who want to see it finished, people who are leveling crafters, and people farming materia/skybuild materials, and I don't think that's going to be a large enough group to cause the issues we currently see. At the very least participation will become a lot more sporadic compared to now, unless the FATEs significantly step up in terms of engagement and rewards. As it currently looks, they're not worth the rabid hype people seem to be putting on them, people are going to sit on their own server crafting for Skybuilder Scrips at potentially a faster rate than server hopping to take part in a very lackluster FATE process.
