This is ridiculous, I can't do the fate at the firmanent because everyone from every damn server is flocking to to there and I can't get in because it's congested. I was really looking forward to doing the vent but now i'm going to miss out on it cos of congestion. having multiple instances for the restoration would help as well, it's ridiculously crowded in there.

Had the same issue here. Got flooded by people from Balmung who already did the content on their own server then hopped over to get the extra scrip. Then tell people they should have gotten there earlier and they need to get over it Utterly cancerous, unfair system. You should not be able to participate in the content except on your own server.

I'm amazed still getting 60fps with it so congested in there. Pretty sure there has to be over 400+ in that small area just crafting. Where this fate keep hearing about that gives 500 scripts.

Yeah this was my exact thought when I saw in the patch notes that it was open to World Visit. Did they learn nothing from Baldesion Arsenal?

I’ve been noticing this as well, and whenever that happens I’ve just been going to other servers to kinda circumvent it. Sucks b/c I thought folks being able to server hop would be a good thing to help out smaller servers, but of COURSE it went south.

I agree with the OP. Its also arguable that having multiple threads about the same topic would also increase visibility. Agree that a thread with 50+ pages on the topic would suggest the content needs reworking.

The developers have mentioned in the past that they tend to address issues according to threads that get the most attention: not fifty threads about the same thing. 50 threads with a handful of posts or less each is less feedback compared to a thread with 50 pages of 10 posts each, usually. Plus, their Q&As are highly based on the “likes” (usually), so having a megathread usually guarantees more likes on the main arguments, which means the community team may be more likely to pass it on.

Generally, thread consolidation as a whole is a better practice. Less clutter to dig through.

I basically have to stay in the area as long as possible now, buying the stuff from the vendor to repair my gear without leaving, and just queuing for dungeons when I am not crafting. Just so I don't miss out due to people from other servers coming in and locking me out, lol.

I'm still baffled at complaints of prices being slashed on my server, from people from other servers. GTFO then because it's your fault? lol
