Crafting rotation for Ishgard

Molto bellissimo! I'm assuming with food the best recommended would be Blood Bouillabaisse (HQ) to help ease the pain for my lack of control?

If you have 1984 Control without food, you already have more than enough to do the rotation, since the 1981 needed is the Control after food (all the stats in my posted rotations are simply what is needed to do the craft, with food already applied if needed). Only reason you would want HQ over NQ Bouillabaisse (which can be bought from NPC's) is for the extra CP.
