Unable to Participate in Concerted Works [Phoenix]

Sooo I and quite a lot of other players were unable to take part in the concerted works that just happened on Phoenix due to the sheer congestion of people from other worlds or AFK in the firmament. So that's missed xp and scrip for a lot of players.

Who in their right mind thought that one instance and allowing wanderers to contribute would be a good idea?!

SE, who seemingly after not being able to handle big boss fates decided that it would be a good idea to have such fates in such an instanced place. I was surprised that the server did not crash at all..it would be less of a problem if that fate would pop all the time (could have been used to provide us with the materials that we then have to turn into items) over different places..but something which might be quite limited and hours and hours apart?

(But the whole restauration just feels disappointing for me...thought that there would be a bit more to it next to unlimited item delivery..and I doubt that the leaderboard will make much of a difference)

Deeply concerned when all the NA servers reach it, after hearing horror stories from EU players saying the thing they needed to target wasn't even showing up even being in the fate. Server hopping is gonna make it even worse.

This instance should be server locked, there would be much less abuse this way.
