Or they could have.. you know, looked into it beforehand? Oh wait, that's tied to doing something themselves.

Again, I get the "you should have check beforehands" "and the "that's because your lazy to do things by yourself" but, again, I stopped playing almost 6 months ago, was not sure I would come back and came back last week end...
In that situation I'd be honest and admitt I did not check the Lodestone during those 6 months considering I was not concerned by the patches...
