Makai stuff missing from Calamity Salvager

Hi there !

I have a rather stupid question but here it is : back in the days, i bought the Makai PvP stuff from the Garo event (healer and ranged).

I stopped the game for a while but when I cam back I realized the stuff is gone, so I thought "lets go check the Calamity salvager".
Nop, nada, nothing Garo related appearing :/

I checked every tab but, even in the Garo tab, nothing is appearing.....so, am I *** or am I missing a tab/vendor somewhere ?

Did you earn the achievements from the Disreputable Priest? If no, then the items won't be available from the Salvager. You have to have earned the achievements when the event was active.

Did not, I'm ot a pvp player so I just farmed the pieces I wanted....I guess i'm f*** then Y.Y

most item sold on calamity salvager is tied to achievements
so if you didn't take the garo achievement back then, then sorry to say, the calamity salvager will not sell them to you

The scavenger will only show the items you purchased as well, I never got the jewelry or belts but I can buy all the armor/weapons from having achievement

The belts and jewerly are also not tied to any of the achievments, so there was never the option to buy those back.

I wish there was more of a stink raised about this because all they ever said was "you can buy it back from the Salvager" but never did they mention that you had to get the achievement to actually do this. So when people just bought the pieces they wanted, if they got rid of them for any reason they are gone forever.

Really this is a huge oversight on SE's part. I'm keeping my odds and ends locked away forever. My alt even has a full set with accessories (because it was better than augmented Lore gear back in the day and not locked behind story).

I hope they do this again sometime with another franchise.

It wasn't. I made a post about it precisely because it wasn't to make people aware. It was mentioned (oddly worded) in the patch notes, but telling us by then is obviously too late.
