DoL left out of Ishgard?

The patch notes and basically all information about the restoration of Ishgard said this event was for DoL AND DoH... I specifically powerleveled my mining with the intention of completing turn-in's with gathered materials.

"Overview
The reconstruction of the Firmament demands a large amount of materials specific to the project. Disciples of the Land are tasked with gathering these materials, which are used by Disciples of the Hand to craft the necessary supplies.

Upon unlocking Ishgardian Restoration, Disciples of the Hand or the Land of level 20 or above may speak with Potkin in the Firmament (X:12.2 Y14.6) to have project-specific crafting recipes and gathering points added to their logs.
* Crafting recipes can only be viewed by Disciples of the Hand who have reached level 20.


Materials used in the restoration are special items that are always gathered or crafted as collectables."

What can I gather as a collectable and turn in for scrips as indicated in the description? All I see are DOH turn-in's when I talk to Potkin. Is there an npc I'm missing?

I'm curious as well, im hoping gatherer jobs will be able to participate in this as well.

I'm also confused, as when I talk to Poktin I am being told that I not high enough in either DoL or DoH, I am level 80 in all three DoL gathering skills

This was confusing yeah, I especially wanted to turn in gathered collectables. But can only craft the items.

Apparently Gatherers have to wait until a "future update" according to a recent live letter translation. Great to be left out of the rewards for this and have to wait.

Gotta say I'm disappointed that the only way to earn the Skybuilder's Scrips comes from crafting only. I've always much preferred gathering to crafting, and it sucks that I have to wait to be able to gather collectibles to turn in for this. I'll craft enough to get at least the emote, but I wish both had been added at the same time.

They really should have put that in the patch notes, or the ads, or not have said gatherer collectables would be involved... I feel like Christmas just got canceled.

I'm honestly disappointed that gatherer couldn't directly contribute to Ishgard restoration, and didn't get the scrip at all
DoL only become a market stockpiler at this point...

How are you left out when you can just level literally any crafter? Work for your scrips.
