Static Seeking BRD for E4S prog!

As the title states, we are a static who is recruiting a BRD to refill our eighth static lot as we wish our our former BRD luck, who will be working with another group to prog the upcoming new Ultimate raid. We will also be needing a second tank, as our PLD has also informed he will not be able to continue. Our group consists of a WAR, SAM, DRG, RDM, WHM, and a SCH. We meet every weekend, Saturdays at 9PM-12AM EST and Sundays at 8PM-11PM. Currently we are progging merry-go-round #1 on E4S. We are of course accepting applications from BRD players from any server in the database, but the rest of us are all based out of Adamantoise. Though our group is somewhat midcore, we're fairly laid-back and we all do our best to help each other improve. We have a dedicated crafter who can provide food and pots as needed. Also, we have a Discord group for voice chat during raids as well as for posting any questions, general info, or just stuff for fun. As we are working on E4S, we of course would prefer to have someone who's already cleared at least the first three fights. Update: We have been able to get in contact with a prospective DPS player for that slot, but we are still seeking a second tank.
