Change seasons how seasons work, can we get solo > team > solo > team seasons, bringing in the team season at the end of SB was genuinely fun and opened up the opportunity for others to try ranked teams
Suggestion from Dacer
Please prevent people from queueing in ranked if there's no ranked season happening.
I would like to see some more light armor sets as top 100 rewards like the s1/2 coats. There has currently been a long streak of heavy armor rewards since Season 6 and it would be nice to change it up a little.
Increase all ranged hp a bit more or give them a better defense skill so killing ranged is not an easy pattern to win.

Few things from me.
Consider giving tanks their individual 5.0 CC with slightly more frequency - I feel like the 5.0 tank CC kits were tuned very well and did a lot to make tanks feel a little more unique - while tank balance is in a really good state right now, their kits are a little too similar at the moment. With 5.1, I personally think that 5.0 style CC kits would fit very well with slightly shorter cooldowns; Nothing approaching 4.x levels of frequency, but at the moment the likelihood of CC resistance (knockback, stun, etc) ever actually coming into play is really low. Somewhere in the realm of 20-25 second cooldowns or so.
Consider some sort of nerf to silence - This piggybacks on the last point a bit. Currently, Silence is effectively a stun that still lets the target move around in that it disables weaponskills, spells, abilities, etc entirely. While I believe this was done to allow it to fit a similar niche to stun without overlapping, I think it's a bit too strong in its current incarnation, especially since NIN has this on an AOE when no other melee has CC whatsoever. I think that making it disable only weaponskills and spells would make this gel a bit better, since it would allow for usage of potions/emergency heals.
Buff ranged HP pools - Speaks for itself. Ranged jobs in PvP currently seem to be balanced with their kits having either escape tools or burst tools, but even with that they're a bit too prone to exploding even under minor bursts. Bringing their HP up to par with healers or even just below a healer's HP pool would make a large difference in their survivability.

Suggestion from Siri
Display the cooldown and charges of Rearward and Vanward Potions in the Feast Party UI alongside additional actions.
Suggestion from Dio L'uomo
Please consider an Open world zone for pvp (like Eureka but for PVP)
The Feast
As someone who has only ever dabbled briefly in The Feast and never fully committed to climbing the ladders, I believe I can offer an outsider's perspective that many others in the playerbase probably share. For me, the biggest thing preventing me from wanting to invest hours and hours into the game mode is not class balance or a lack of understanding. It's simply the fact that the only tangible rewards you get from The Feast require you to place Top-100 on your ENTIRE Data Center. Yes, I know you get Wolf Collars for placing in the lower tiers, but even if you place in Diamond Tier you don't get enough collars per season to buy a single weapon. Instead, you are forced to save up across multiple seasons which is absolutely ridiculous! This alone kills any motivation I have to want to get into the game mode. Now keep in mind, I'm not saying the top players should go unrewarded for their efforts. I'm just saying that there should definitely be more obtainable rewards for those who place below the Top-100.
General PvP Rewards
Like others have said, an easy way to increase player interest in PvP overall is to offer more lucrative rewards. Currently, aside from a few glamour sets and a meager amount of cosmetics, there's not much to spend Wolf Marks on. Especially if you're a dedicated PvPer who consistently earns a large amount of them. I definitely believe more items should be added to the Wolf Mark vendors, and new items should be added more regularly than they currently are. Also, as suggested by someone else above, simply adding something like materia or crafting materials to the Wolf Mark vendors would add a consistent currency-sink and also provide an avenue for dedicated PvPers to earn a steady amount of Gil on the side.
I don't disagree that in the Feast community we agree there should be more rewards you should get for actively participating in Feast, rather than collars at the end of the season that can only buy weapons and that's about it, it'd be nice to see more things you can get in season. But to emphasize entire data center as though it's a busy ladder that's hard to break into is incorrect, anyone can get top 100 and it's been like that way for several seasons, just have to be bothered to play enough games, you don't even have to be good I know one healer specifically from Stormblood who got Hunter on 3 diff seasons and they just never improved, they were barely gold level it's just they managed to get carried in enough games to win enough to be where they were and a couple of the seasons she played in were seasons quiet enough where she only had to get like 1600-1700.
But I believe the bulk of the point you're making is the rewards absolutely suck for active participation and on that, I couldn't agree more and that is why people don't play, they see top 100 as an end goal and a far away view point, it isn't as far away as they think and getting it in your first season is an extremely realistic possibility, but they don't go that far because they would see it as "what's the point when I get nothing for trying along the way and that's the only way I'll get anything out of this". I remember when I started playing Arena on WoW. Would I have gotten R1 if there was nothing for me to achieve before that point? No - I'd have stopped playing once the novelty of doing something new, competitive and "fun" had worn off and stuck to Battlegrounds. But when I started playing Arena, the gear you got from it required certain goal points in rating to buy, like 1400, 1600, 1800, 2.2k etc. You were sort of encouraged to improve to reach that next goal post which wasn't "far" in numbers, but in improvement the difference between 2k and 2.2 compared to 1400-1600 was pretty big. I mean 15 wins orso would get you 1400 and I think 1400 was for the gloves. You were getting rewarded for improvement. Even if you get gold tier, then platinum tier, the season has to end for the title and it'll only count what you ended in, which is a design I've never really understood. For the ladder rank titles yes, for the tiers no.

Ranked Feast is completely unrewarding outside of top 100 rewards. If you're not going to get top 100 you might as well not play. Which is exactly what happens and queues die. As long as top 100 rewards exist in their current implementation most of Ranked Feast will just be Win Trading and Alts taking up most of the top 100 rewards. The system is incredibly toxic towards players that wish to obtain the rewards and more than skilled enough to but are unable to due to the large scale abuse of the system unintentional and intentionally. The fact they aren't even attainable by dps queues either.
Ranked Feast rewards should be obtainable by players playing ranked feast.
They can still be immensely rare and buyable at the same time.
Better players should get them for their placements and the huge earnings to get older and current rewards. By rewarding good players with plenty of wolf marks to buy them they don't have to clog up the rankings so much to get them. Letting other players obtain them in secondary seasons. Players with lower ranks will take much much longer to get them and will have to use their earnings to buy them.
Queue times need fixed. Having a 85% win rate for the few seasons I played with 3 hour queues just because I was a good dps. Having to fill the rest of my season as healer to even rank. But I'm not as good as healer only sitting around 60-65% win rate. It's not sustainable to keep top 100 rewards like this if not all players can obtain them playing the role they're good at.
Every game you play in the feast season should give you contribution. At the end of the season your contribution is multiplied by your rank. For tons of Wolf Marks.
Introduction of:
Role in Need that will give significantly more contribution per game to balance queue. Healers are not queued enough to keep ranked feast sustainable.
Daily Ranked Feast will give bonus contribution for playing a game a day. Extra contribution the higher your rank is as well. This encourages high ranked players to play even past their ranking. As a psuedo form of rank decay.
