Did you notice the note in red saying there is still an issue with it? Maybe I'm just reading it wrong, but it looks to me like they are just fixing the issue where the countdown stays at 0 for too long rather than the game breaking bug where the timers are too short.Probably stay at 0 for a few secs, but it seems like it fixes the problem of action being up, but not up to me.On rare occasions, recast time may still appear to be a few seconds longer than in actuality. This issue will be addressed in the near future.
