I suggest you dont do the MSQ roulette if you dont "want" to watch the cutscenes - anything that involves a vote or checking for new people will only lead to ruining the experience for said new people: if one person is new but 7 arent they're either pressured into voting to skip or are just outvoted 7 to 1. If there is a new person and cutscenes are enabled, people will just leave and fish for a newbie-free run.

You're also forgetting that your reward is this huge to compensate for the cutscene time - so anything that skips the cutscenes should also cut the reward by 60-70% (if you cut the time the dungeon takes by that amount, you should also cut the reward accordingly - 15 instead of 40 minutes, so 37,5% of the exp instead of the full 100%)

People need to understand that this roulette and this system were put in place to help people running this for the first time. The main purpose isnt that YOU get an aweful lot of exp, the main purpose is to get you into those dungeons to help a new person watch their cutscenes in peace. You get the exp as a reward for that - and if thats not what you want to do, you're free to not do the roulette.

I understand its annoying when there is no new person, but all your suggestions will only harm the purpose of the roulette, as I explained above. The playerbase has shown that they cant be trusted with waiting for someone running this the first time and I for one rather see silly requests like this pop up in the forums from time to time then read about a new player experience who queued up for the grand final of ARR only to be left in an empty duty because everyone left since they knew they had to watch the cutscenes.

If its "pain" and "torture" for you to run those dungeons: Dont do it. There are plenty of other ways to get exp and tomestones.
