Until that happens the best way is to make very sure that they can watch their cutscenes in peace by making them unskipable under any circumstances. The current payout is this high to encourage people to "help" new people. The main purpose of this roulette and especially the high reward isnt that someone gets some easy exp, its that someone new can get their clear. I believe AI would be the better solution here, but until we get that unskipable cutscenes are the next best bet.
We need a skip cutscenes vote button or something. Majority or the new player don't care for cut scenes. Don’t see a point of forcing people to watch something they don’t care to see.
