    FATEs at 80 -

It would be nice if there was some sort of bonus to gil earned or bicolor gemstones received when doing FATEs at level cap. It would create more incentive for capped players to do them.

    Just a thought!

The bicolor gemstones ARE the incentive.

Once I get all my jobs to 80, I can't see any purpose for continuing to do Fates anyway, short of picking up a few items that I may not already have. the incentive to do Fates isn't there due to the lack of items worth spending the gemstones on, not the amount of gemstones rewarded.

No ty. Fates are already enough of an easy faceroll even with you having a lower level than them. If i want to feel like i hit some mobs i have to wait the night when nobody else is here, otherwise they are down way too quickly. With the strange synch that make them even more easy with capped stuff we dont need even more capped players doing them.

Also please stop asking for nerfs when something require some time and effort, for complaining after that that there is so much players in df and pf who dont know how to play properly.

I'm level 80 on all combat/all areas maxed and I just go to the last area, since I can make the most of my stats then in farming fates easily.

3/4 done with my combat classes but I haven't maxed out any map area for fates. The gemstone really isn't rewarding enough and even when I do try to do fates I'm usually by myself because no one seems to be doing them. Also some of these maps Amh Araeng and Kholusia where there are huge level gaps between the fates and get into situations where only higher-level ones are spawned and there is nothing you can do at a lower level.

Meh. i just do them here and there since rank 3 is still out there. I won't grind them. Relics and Yokai ensured I will never do that again^^

Did you not read, or just not comprehend? I'm not asking for nerfs. I'm asking for some sort of incentive to do them at level cap. As CazzT said:

Perhaps if there was a gil bonus, or more gemstones per FATE, it would be more worth doing.

The bicolor gemstones ARE the incentive.
You get them when you're not 80, so no, not really much of an incentive to do them at cap for the same amount.

But not the same amount of time. Presumably you'd be completing FATEs way faster in level 80 gear.

Also seriously, how many bicolor gemstones do you need?
