How would you guys feel if Paladins get a combat raise spell in 6.0?

I honestly would love it, sure they might have the lowest DPS of all the tanks but Paladin is already considered one of the best support tanks and has alot of utility compared to the other tanks. Plus damage shouldn't be the main focus of all the tanks.

Spell idea:

Inspirit
Level: 85
Description: Resurrects target to a weakened state. Uses all remaining MP when cast.
Cast Time: 8s
Additional Effect: If used while you are under the effect of Divine Veil it makes the raise instant cast but it consumes Divine Seal.

Why does it consume all your MP? I wanted to make it a great emergency button but with a drawback since it's a powerful utility for progression. Think of it like Flare you can use it at almost any percentage of MP so you can heal yourself up before actually using it to raise the healer or RDM/SMN. And you can use the divine seal as a quickcast.
