    fishing question

with release of 5.1 was the release of warden of the seven hues, does anyone know without a doubt or better yet caught it and can accurately explain how to catch it. iv'e tried everything and everyway and i didn't wanna have to resort to this but here i am. i know what all the websites say and though all our consistent it is still not enough. like do you need to be at a certain coordinate,or do you need all nq or hq 3 indigo prism and 3 red firelight and 5 green prism.as well as how do you know if you successfully activated the fishers intuition these are the questions the sites including gamers escape dont answer. ive wasted alot of bait and had the fish and nothing prompted me leading me to try and catch it. so if you know please tell me what im doing wrong. thanks for reading and replying

You need 3 firelight, 3 indigo and 5 green. Quality doesn't matter and they can be a mixture. Any spot is fine as long as your fishing in the correct hole. Once you catch the last of the 11 fish required you'll receive a buff. While the buff is active you have a chance of getting a bite from Warden and then a chance to snag it. The buff only lasts a few minutes so you'll want to optimize how you use that time. Once the buff wears off you'll have to catch those 11 fish again for another chance.

    Yellow (medium tug)
    Blue (medium tug)
Purple (medium tug) -> White (medium tug)
Purple (medium tug) -> Indigo (light tug)
Red (medium tug) -> White (medium tug)
Red (medium tug) -> Firelight (light tug)
    Green (light tug)
    Warden (legendary/heavy tug)

I can't recall if purple/red had different bite times compared to blue or yellow. You can try the sources linked or observe how long it takes them to bite and check for a pattern.

Purple is only available from midnight to 4am ET and red is only available from 4am to 8am ET. Green appears to be available between midnight and 4pm ET, but has weather restrictions (Fair -> Clear or Fair -> Fair).

Certain actions, like fishing in another hole, will reset your progress toward the buff.
