The AOE skills are useless and not needed

I truly hope that you are joking and not serious about what you just said. AOE abilities are so dangerous in current patch, especially on Secure and Seize. It is not only output massive overwhelming damage output as a group and it also helps you to built your gauge much faster

You don’t know how good it and ignore its potential.

A group of pvpers kill things faster with single target skills.
Hitting them is complete random due to how awful and poorly game is responsive for players actions. You could cast it and miss someone who is close enough to get hit.
