    Am i wrong?

So now that ishgard is out, I am looking it over. Something seemed off. So there are lvl 20 recipes, level 40, 60, 70 and 80.

My issue is with the 20 and 40s. HOW EXACTLY is a lvl 20 crafter expected to make a collectable at level 20?! or even level 40. Now this character is a level 80 omni crafter but i have a few alts and Ishgard products are not listed. So 20 and 40 recipes are uncraftable by lvl 20 and 40 players, and the 20s are mostly irrelevant for the newly minted 50s who finally get collectable synthesis unlocked.

So it has been determined that level 20-49 DoH players can contribute to ishgard is a lie? am i wrong?

Any item that can only be used as a collectable can now ONLY be crafted as a collectable. Meaning a level 20 can craft one of those items and it will still be a collectable since it can't be anything else.

They do. I've been spending my morning leveling BSM, which was level 30 when servers came up. All crafted recipes for the Restoration become collectables automatically, with mats being gathered from specific nodes out in the world (ie, Skybuilder Iron Ore being gathered just outside of Summerford Farms, used to create the lvl 20 Blacksmithing recipe).
