Limit Break Target issue

This has started a few days ago on my caster jobs only where as the Limit Break Riticule is directly on me and i cannot seem to be able to move it in diff positions.
I litteraly have to be under a boss for instance in order to use the lb.

Jobs such as DNC, Machinist, etc.. do not seem to be affected.
Anyone else have this issue before?
I am on PS4 Pro

It has to do with the targeting change in 5.1 you can move it with R1 held and left thumb stick

Btw it also can be locked in place once you move in the settings. It's the ground targeting part. It deals with all ground targeting like way markers, caster lbs and healing spells like scared soil.

Checked it yesterday and had same issue. I will check again tonight to see if it is back to normal.
