I'm on Aether! It's not always pre-made as you might think. Sure there are linkshells and discord for pvp players to join. I was an Adder last year, this year I'm Maelstrom. Last year Adders sucked and Maelstrom was call out for being pre-made. Same crud diffrent team. Thing was the discord and linkshell I was in was made up of all three GC's.

Do pre-mades know more about what is expected in Frontline? Sure they do! Do we not have a an influx of players playing FFXIV from other MMO's? Are they in Frontline? Sure they are and they are running amuck at times, playing their style of PvP the way they are used to playing it previously in other games. If at each match you could explain to everyone of your team exactly what is needed to win versus saying nothing at all to those PUG's in Frontline, I guarantee you'd fair far better. I also notice teams fair better when there is a Field Commander making the calls versus those teams without any direction whatsoever. Let's just say it takes the right kind of recipe to have a prize winning pie. Thus why players in pvp, want to join a circle of like minded people, nothing wrong in that. So I would stop assuming pre-mades are to blame and take up a position for your team to encourage their chance of winning. Rally your team each match and stop blaming it on pre-mades.

Edit: Also I noticed you are lacking the drone mounts that you get for certain pvp achievements, so you hardly gotten your feet wet when it comes to pvp in this game. The crying of pre-made as an excuse for losing has been around for quite awhile. Don't let others rile you into thinking that it's the cause of poor performance of one GC or another in Frontline
