Forced free lancer will kill the “ x GC always wins” mentality, it’s needed.

It took me a while to understand this thread. I think I can go ahead and say what needs to be said.
I'll start off by saying that the problem isn't the premades. I've only invested 2 years into the game, and I can say that the problem was there before I started pvping. The fact that it lingered for that long doesn't make sense. I don't understand why those who usually play with others now have to be the ones to suffer with SE's decision(s). If this problem is not looked into it could potentially affect everyone.
It does suck that some people are being abusive with solo queue with VC. I hope that situation gets solved soon. I won't say that I totally disagree with the idea of freelance being mandatory. However, I will say that it will be more harmful if that was enforced, as it will affect those that are also playing with their friends. Not everyone queues in a chosen GC just for a win. There are some loyal ones that end up making friends and, in return, get better at the game as a whole. Making friends that way is no different from meeting new people going in a full party premade. The changes made is already hurting those that usually queues more than 4 people. Why should they get punished for winning majority of their games? Why should loyal non-freelancers be next because of actions from certain people?
Speaking of which, why is premades being blamed for a group of people's actions in the first place? Unless I miss something that SE put down I could have sworn that premades queue in freelanced, regardless of each person's original GC. I'm confused there. I don't see a reason why premades would need a reason to sync queue in the first place.
Taking 24 man frontlines away was a mistake. It's already difficult for one premade to carry 16 other people for various reasons, main reason being the difficulty of getting everyone on the same page. By cutting premades in half it's virtually nonexistent if they decide to make their move without having that support behind them.
We're better off just reverting the changes that was made regarding premades. Again, they're not the problem. I believe it's people not adapting to their games that is causing the problem. The option to form full party premades has been removed, and yet I still see that problem. This type of problem shouldn't required SE to change certain things to make it easier. If adding a 15 sec invincibility timer didn't help with dealing with groups that are by another team's spawn camp I don't see how limiting the premade groups to 4 people would help, especially if you have certain players following other successful players. This is coming from playing solo majority of the time. Some people just need to adapt from game to game.
Again, sorry to those that have to deal with that exploit. I hope that situation gets better. I just don't see how enforcing mandatory freelancing would help overall without affecting the loyal non-freelancers.
The age old issue of online play. This should be fun.
You are not playing this the way it's supposed to be played. If you were, you wouldn't be queue syncing. You'd be going in with the max party of four. As the game literally intends. Instead, you're telling everyone here to abuse a ToS violation.
2.1 Cheating and Botting. You may not create or use any unauthorized cheats, bots, automation software, hacks, mods or any other unauthorized software or hardware designed to modify the Game and gameplay. In addition, you may not take advantage of game system bugs and exploits during gameplay.
■Misuse of flaws
"Misuse of flaws" refers to the deliberate exploitation of a fault in Final Fantasy XIV, or manipulating a feature of Final Fantasy XIV so that it does not function as intended, in order to obtain personal gain or cause disadvantage to someone else.
Start playing how the game is currently intending you to play. It intends you to play with four. Not 200% more players than intended. Asking for eight mans back then proceeding to do it with 16 players queue syncing is the wrong way to bring attention to this. You're asking for Frontlines to be destroyed instead. You were on stream with 14 the other night.

Wait did you just draw that..
HOW DO THEY LOOK JUST LIKE US

"Guys I totally broke the ToS but others did it more big time, please respect my playstyle. Thank you."
Yeah, right buddy.

^It could have honestly just been one person saying in Alliance chat "There's an adder pre-made, hit them when flames/mael does, so we sandwich it and prevent them from getting battle highs"
This is what I usually do when I find out there's a premade, works pretty well too, but I bet it would make it look like it was 48 people vs a premade.
So, when they team up to fight you it's stressful, unfair, and not fun. But when you team up to stomp PUGs it's fine, you just want to play with your friends? Trying to give you the benefit of the doubt, even after you banned me from the discord for making this topic, but you're making it hard.
48 people ignore me.
