How often server status changes?

That, how often do they change from congested/standart/balance?

Its a daily update (if required), every patch?

So far, every time the congested/preferred/standard status of servers have changed it has been at the same time as a maintenance downtime. Not every maintenance brings changes in server status though - server status changes more rarely.
