PLEASE GIVE MIDLANDER'S SCRUFF FROM TRAILER FOR EXPANSION

I really would love to be able to have far more scruff like this in the trailer, more than just the weird peach fuzz stache and chin scruff. So please Square, give us the look that you have given the WoL in the trailers, I want that full face scruff. It would make me endlessly grateful, I throw all my money at you already and I would gladly continue to do so.

I understand it may not be a huge thing for everyone, I just feel as though many of the customization options for some races could be tweaked to be better and on the same level of interest when adding other races into the game.

But as I said, this is not a huge issue, just something I think would be super easy for SE to implement and I would be endlessly happy if they would.

haha square has been trolling midlanders for years now, they've been shown with scruff for years in trialers and no such option in game XD

I take some heart from these comments during one of the pt1 guest Q&As:

Itaru-san requests for more character customization options like making their character older (wrinkles). Yoshida answers by saying that the technology at tha time wasn’t advanced enough to include a lot of options for customization. Second, the body customization (fat or slim) may cause the body polygon to go haywire if they allow such option and us players will not be pleased about it. However, as said in the keynote they ARE currently challenging in allowing more options in body optimization. Not much at first but they want to gradually solve the challenge

I think significant changes are unlikely until they make the decision to upgrade the graphics engine and convert existing asset models to high res ones, but incremental updates until such a time may well be on the table.

I'm also in support of giving this option to midlanders, and generally races with facial hair.
